The Selvamar rooms of Hotel Punta Leona have been strategically designed and located to minimize their impact on the environment without compromising with your comfort and enjoyment. These rooms are distributed in modules of four unit, linked by a small courtyard.
If you wonder why the areas are named after Latin American countries, it is because of the movie 1492 Conquest of Paradise, produced by Ridley Scoth and starring Gerard Depardieu, which was partially realized in Costa Rica, using Punta Leona as its stage in 1992. All areas are named after a country that was discovered by Columbus during his visit to America. We invite you to watch this fascinating movie and to learn more about its story.

These rooms are distributed in modules of four units linked by an internal courtyard. Overlooking a tropical garden, the Selvamar Standard are equipped with two double beds, a private bathroom, a mini-fridge, AC, cable TV, a coffee maker, a telephone, a hair dryer and a safe.

Surrounded by vegetation, these recently renovated rooms come either with a king bed or two double beds.
With their high ceilings, large windows with view on the rainforest, comfortable beds and large private bathrooms, the superior rooms are a great option for those who seek nature and relaxation. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fan, coffee maker, cable TV, telephone, hair dryer, AC and a safe. Some of the superior rooms have terraces with garden view.

Apartments are located near the entrance’s roundabound. Built in a one floor houses, the Double Chalet have two bedrooms, with two double beds in each, two bathrooms and a kitchen area. The latest is equipped with a stove (2 burners), a microwave, a rice cooker, an oven, a coffee maker and kitchenware.

All the suites are located overlooking the white sand Playa Arena Blanca beach. The property contains 4-3 story buildings, the second and third floor accommodations have to be reach by the stairs as there are no elevators in the buildings and there is no Bell boy service.
Some condominiums an ocean and access to Leonamar's pool for the exclusive use of the guests, the reception is open from 8:00am to 5:00 pm, after these a guard is in charge of the building.

The Condominiums are located 150 meters east of the Punta Leona's chapel, in a private residential area that offers security and a peaceful Costa Rican atmosphere. Access to our White sand beaches at only 15 minutes walk through a beautiful natural environment. If you don’t have a car our internal transportation runs approximately every 30 minutes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The condominiums are located on a residential street and traffic noise could be a problem. The buildings do not have elevators.
Additionally, it also has a swimming pool for kids, a swimming pool for adults, green garden, snack bar, laundry, parking area, 24/7 security, box exchange, internal shuttle, tourist service office, restaurants, bars, discotheque, supermarket, water sports ($), canopy tour ($), 24/7 front desk.
BELLA LEONA APARTMENT
Located 10 minutes away by foot, or 5 if you use the internal shuttle service, from the resort’s center, Bella Leona Condominium is a modern two-storey building with three apartments on each floor. The building has an internal garden, a small swimming pool and a ranch with BBQ facilities. The use of the ranch area must be coordinated in advance at the front desk.
Be advised that the building is located in front of a street, which could cause some discomfort and that it has no elevator.

The apartments have two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two single beds or a queen size bed. The living room is equipped with a cable TV and a queen size sofa bed.
