Double Chalet

Apartments are located near the entrance’s roundabound. Built in a one floor houses, the Double Chalet have two bedrooms, with two double beds in each, two bathrooms and a kitchen area. The latest is equipped with a stove (2 burners), a microwave, a rice cooker, an oven, a coffee maker and kitchenware.

- All booking requests and procedures must be addressed to the Reservations Department. Your reservation will be confirmed only once you receive an email with the details of the purchased service and payment methods.
- For all reservations made through third parties, you must present the reservation voucher or the signed contract (by both parties; corporate groups, agencies groups) at the entrance of the Hotel.
- For the periods of Christmas week and Easter week, a minimum night’s stay is required. (Information is provided by the Reservation Department).

Season A: Christmas Holiday (25th – 31st of December) and Holy week (easter)
Season B: From January 1st to April 30th; July; from December 1st to December 24th (included). Long weekends.
Season C: From May 1st to June 30th and August 1st to November 30th. Except July and long weekends.

Payments can be made as follow:
1. Credit Card: fill up the respective form. Note that you will be charged once as soon as you submit the documentation
2. Deposit or wire transfer: You must indicate the amount, the date and the name of the bank in order to make your reservation. If you don’t, the Hotel is not responsible in case of cancellations.
Rates are subject to current exchange rates BCCR and do not include additional charges that might be incurred during the stay.

SEASON A:
• No Charge applies for cancellations received more than 15 days before arrival of the customer.
• 50% of the total of the prepaid amount will be charged for cancellations received between 14 – 7 days before the arrival of the customer.
• 100% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations received between 6 – 0 days before arrival of the customer.
• No Show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
SEASON B:
• First night will be charged for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the arrival of the customer.
• No Show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
SEASON C:
• No charge if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the arrival of the customer.
• First night will be charged for cancellation made less than 24 hours before arrival of the customer.
• No Show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Child policy

Free for children between 0 to 5 years old. Children from 6 to 11 only pay for food. Children from 12 and onwards are considered as adults. A maximum of two children per room is allowed in this case.

Arenas Apartments

The Arenas Apartments are located on the private road that goes to Playa Blanca, approximately 1 km away from the hotel’s front desk. Designed with a Mediterranean flair, the Arenas Apartments are spread out over two levels. The first level comprises a bedroom with two double beds, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a terrace overlooking the sea. The second floor (downstairs) comprises a bedroom, with two double beds, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, frying pans, a coffee maker and kitchenware. AC is available in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the common area. The apartment also comes with a parking area for one vehicle.

Leonamar Apartments

Located in the upper part of Playa Blanca, leonamar appartments are distributed in four 3-storey buildings (no elevator). Some of them offer spacious terraces overlooking the sea while others offer balconies. The beach is easily accessible by foot through a stairway. Leonamar apartments also offer a private swimming pool where with a panoramic view. We recommend travelling by car as the hotel facilities are a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive away. The other alternative is to use the internal shuttle service, but be advised that this service runs until 4:00pm. After that time, shuttle will have to be requested and could take a while.

  • Located on the third floor (no elevator), the Junior Apartments offer a bedroom with a king size bed (2 people) and an extra wall bed (2 people). A private bathroom with tub, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove-oven, refrigerator,microwave, a washing machine and a dryer as well as AC, cable TV, internet and a telephone.

  • The Deluxe Apartments offer a bedroom with a king size bed (2people) and an additional wall bed (2 people) situated in the common area. They also offer a private balcony overlooking the sea, two private bathrooms (tub and shower), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove-oven, refrigerator, microwave, a washing machine and a dryer as well as AC, Cable TV, internet and a telephone. Indicate your floor preferences as we have different options available.

  • The Senior Apartments offer two bedrooms with a king size bed in each (2 people per room) and an additional wall bed (2 people) with built-in closet. They also offer a private terrace overlooking the sea, two private bathrooms (tub and shower) a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove-oven, refrigerator, microwave, a washing machine and a dryer as well as AC, Cable TV, internet and a telephone. Indicate your floor preferences as we have different options available.

Arrecife Apartments

The Condominiums are located 150 meters east of the Punta Leona's chapel, in a private residential area that offers security and a peaceful Costa Rican atmosphere. Access to our White sand beaches at only 15 minutes walk through a beautiful natural environment. If you don’t have a car our internal transportation runs approximately every 30 minutes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The condominiums are located on a residential street and traffic noise could be a problem. The buildings do not have elevators.

Additionally, it also has a swimming pool for kids, a swimming pool for adults, green garden, snack bar, laundry, parking area, 24/7 security, box exchange, internal shuttle, tourist service office, restaurants, bars, discotheque, supermarket, water sports ($), canopy tour ($), 24/7 front desk.
